Formora is operated by Gabrielle Ashanthie Marie Vergo, trading as "Formora", who is the data controller for personal data collected on formoraprintables.com. Contact: hello@formoraprintables.com.
Data We Collect
Account details (name, email, login credentials), content you create in the Studio, support and Trust Desk messages, newsletter preferences, and basic technical data (IP address, device and browser info, usage logs).
Why We Use It
To create and run your account and provide the Studio (contract); to keep the service secure and prevent fraud, and to improve it (legitimate interests); to send newsletters only if you sign up (consent); and to meet legal duties (legal obligation).
Payments
Formora never sees or stores your card or bank details. Online payments are not yet available; when they open, a trusted payment processor will handle them under its own privacy policy.
Who We Share It With
Hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, professional advisors when needed, and authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.
How Long We Keep It
We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@formoraprintables.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-account data permissions to protect your information.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
