Tip & Pass Policy
Free for Everyone First
Every tool can be used for free through the Breeze Pass, and the Sample page shows real layouts. There is never any need to tip to use Formora.
Voluntary Tips
Tips across all passes and the Just Because Jar are strictly voluntary and non-refundable tokens of appreciation. Higher page capacities unlocked through passes are not part of a commercial sale or paywalled transaction, but provided freely as a token of our appreciation for supporting Formora's ongoing server upkeep.
Cheddar Up Fees
Cheddar Up assesses its own standard payment processing fee at checkout. Formora's stated amount is the exact amount reflected on Formora Printables.
Pass Activation
Please check out on Cheddar Up with the exact same first and last name and email address as your Formora account. Once received, your pass is manually activated by our team, and a confirmation email is sent to notify you that your active period has begun.
If Something Goes Wrong
If a pass was not activated correctly or you believe a mistake was made, message the Trust Desk (Account Help) with your Cheddar Up receipt email. We review every message fairly and will make activation issues right.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the laws that apply to you.
