Who You Are Contracting With
Formora is operated by Gabrielle Ashanthie Marie Vergo, an individual trading as "Formora" (not a registered company). When you use formoraprintables.com or subscribe to a Studio plan, you are contracting with Formora. Contact: hello@formoraprintables.com.
Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use Formora, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and have authority to bind any organization you represent.
The Service
Formora Studio provides printable puzzle generators (word search, sudoku, crossword, mazes and more) that export print-ready PDFs. Formora is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) creation platform. Studio subscriptions are strictly for access to our generation software, batch quotas and export tools. The Sample page demonstrates the layouts produced by our seven puzzle tools; it is not a marketplace or a community portfolio directory.
Payments
Online payments are not yet available. The ability to make payments will be made available soon, and these terms will be updated before any paid plan opens.
Your Account
Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
License and Commercial Rights
Each plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Studio within its limits. Printables you generate with content you own or may use include commercial rights (PLR/MRR). You may not resell, copy or reverse engineer the Studio itself or bypass plan limits.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Formora for anything unlawful, fraudulent or spam-related; to infringe anyone's intellectual property; or to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping or overloading the service).
Intellectual Property
Formora keeps ownership of the service, its software, documentation, designs and branding. Creators keep ownership of their own content; you give Formora a limited license to host and process it only to provide the service.
Service Level
We work hard to keep Formora running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
Liability
Formora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Formora anytime; after closure your data is deleted within a reasonable period.
